Application Form

There is no charge for processing the application. Please note that all applications need to be submitted by Monday 19th October 2009.

Instructions

1. Applicant must be aged 16 or over.
2. Download the form.
3. Fill all sections of the form.
4. To Save the form. Click 'File' then click 'Save As' and name the document in this format: 'application_yourname_coursename.doc', e.g. if Fatima Yacoob is applying for a part time course she would save the form as application_fatimaYacoob_parttime.doc.
5. Email the form to admin@farghana.org and principal@farghana.org. Alternatively you may print the form out and post it to our address or hand it in personally.

Note: If you are applying for a Part-time course, please remember to state which courses you would like to take.
